온더훅 개인정보처리방침
Team Gramoxone(이하 “개발자”)은 모바일 게임 「온더훅(어장 관리 시뮬레이션)」(무료판과 유료판, Android와 iOS. 이하 “앱”)을 만들고 운영합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 그 정보가 어디에 있는지, 이용자가 무엇을 할 수 있는지 설명합니다.
- 회원 가입이 없고, 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 게임 진행은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 무료판은 Google AdMob 광고를 보여 줍니다. 광고를 위해 Google이 광고 ID 같은 기기 정보를 수집합니다. 유료판에는 광고가 없습니다.
- Android에서 “계정 연동 저장”을 쓰면 세이브가 이용자의 Google Play 게임즈 계정에 저장됩니다.
- 개발자가 이용자의 정보를 직접 받는 것은 이용자가 문의 메일이나 데이터 파일을 보낼 때뿐입니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
이용자의 기기에만 있는 정보
- 게임 진행: 게임 속 이름, 대화 진행, 친구 목록, 앨범, 설정. 게임을 이어서 하기 위해 저장합니다.
- 프로필 사진: 이용자가 사진 보관함에서 고른 사진의 사본입니다. 게임 속 프로필에만 씁니다. 앱은 카메라를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 앨범 사진 저장: 이용자가 저장을 누른 게임 속 사진만 기기의 사진 보관함에 저장합니다.
- 알림: 게임 속 친구의 메시지를 알리기 위해 기기 안에서 알림을 예약합니다. 알림 서버는 쓰지 않습니다.
이 정보는 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
Google이 처리하는 정보
- 광고 (무료판): 앱 안의 Google 광고 SDK가 광고 ID(Android 광고 ID, iOS는 추적을 허용한 경우 IDFA), IP 주소, 기기와 앱 정보, 광고를 보거나 누른 기록을 수집합니다. 광고를 보여 주고, 이용자가 허용한 경우 맞춤형 광고를 보여 주고, 광고 성과를 재고, 부정 클릭을 막는 데 쓰입니다.
- 계정 연동 저장 (Android): 앱은 실행할 때 Google Play 게임즈에 로그인합니다. 이용자가 “계정 연동 저장”으로 저장하면 세이브 파일이 이용자의 Google 계정에 있는 Play 게임즈 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 다른 기기로 옮기거나 백업하기 위한 것입니다. 개발자는 이 세이브를 볼 수 없고, 앱은 이용자의 Google 계정 이름이나 ID를 받지 않습니다.
이용자가 개발자에게 보내는 정보
- 문의 메일: 보낸 사람의 이메일 주소와 메일 내용. 답변하는 데 씁니다.
- 데이터 파일: 앱이 이전 버전의 데이터를 읽지 못하면 데이터 파일을 저장해 개발자에게 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 파일에는 세이브 내용(게임 속 이름과 진행)이 들어 있습니다. 게임 진행을 복구하는 데만 씁니다.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
- 기기에 있는 정보는 이용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 남습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱 안의 세이브와 사진 사본도 지워집니다. 사진 보관함에 저장한 앨범 사진은 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
- Play 게임즈에 저장한 세이브는 이용자가 지울 때까지 이용자의 Google 계정에 남습니다. Google Play 게임즈의 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다.
- 문의 메일과 데이터 파일은 답변이나 복구가 끝나면 지체 없이 메일함에서 영구 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 정보는 없습니다.
- Google이 수집한 정보는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보관됩니다.
3. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 다른 사람에게 제공하지 않고, 정보 처리를 다른 곳에 맡기지 않습니다. 다만 앱 안의 아래 서비스는 각 회사가 직접 정보를 수집하고 처리합니다. 이 정보는 미국 등 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.

4. 맞춤형 광고와 거부 방법
무료판의 광고 SDK는 광고 ID와 앱 이용 정보로 이용자의 관심사에 맞춘 광고(맞춤형 광고)를 보여 줄 수 있습니다. 거부해도 광고는 나오지만 맞춤형 광고가 아닙니다.
- 무료판은 유럽 경제 지역, 영국, 스위스에서는 제공하지 않습니다.
- iOS: 앱이 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. 나중에 기기의 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- Android: 기기의 설정 → Google → 광고(기기에 따라 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고)에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
- Google 계정의 내 광고 센터에서도 맞춤형 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 기기에 있는 정보는 이용자가 직접 보고 지울 수 있습니다(앱 삭제).
- 개발자가 받은 메일과 데이터 파일은 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 메일을 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다. 법정대리인이나 대리인도 요구할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동의 정보를 알면서 받지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동이 보낸 정보임을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않아, 이용자의 게임 정보를 따로 모아 두지 않습니다.
- 기기의 세이브는 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없는 앱 전용 저장 공간에 있습니다.
- 받은 메일과 파일은 개발자만 접근할 수 있는 메일함에 두고, 복구나 답변에만 씁니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침은 2026년 10월 29일부터 적용되며, 2018년 9월 25일에 게시한 이전 방침을 대신합니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 알리고 시행일을 고칩니다.
On The Hook Privacy Policy
Team Gramoxone (“we”) makes and runs the mobile game On The Hook (온더훅, free and paid editions, Android and iOS; the “app”). This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is kept, and what you can do about it.
- There are no accounts and we run no servers. Your game progress is saved on your device.
- The free edition shows Google AdMob ads, and Google collects device information such as the advertising ID for them. The paid edition has no ads.
- On Android, the account save slot keeps a save in your Google Play Games account.
- We receive information from you only when you email us a question or a data file.
1. Information and purposes
Kept only on your device
- Game progress: your in-game name, chat progress, friends, album and settings, saved so you can continue the game.
- Profile photo: a copy of a picture you choose from your photo library, used only as your in-game profile picture. The app does not use the camera.
- Saved album pictures: in-game pictures you choose to save go to your device's photo library.
- Notifications: scheduled on the device to tell you about your in-game friends' messages. No notification server is used.
None of this is sent to us.
Processed by Google
- Ads (free edition): the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the app collects the advertising ID (Android advertising ID; on iOS the IDFA, if you allow tracking), IP address, device and app information, and ad views and clicks. These are used to show ads, personalized ads where you allow them, to measure ads and to prevent fraud.
- Account save slot (Android): the app signs in to Google Play Games when it starts. When you save to the account slot, the save file is stored in your Google account's Play Games storage, so you can move it to another device or keep a backup. We cannot see these saves, and the app does not receive your Google account name or ID.
Sent to us by you
- Emails: your email address and message, used to reply.
- Data files: if the app cannot read an earlier version's data, you can save a data file and send it to us. It contains your save (in-game name and progress) and is used only to recover your game.
2. Retention and deletion
- Information on your device stays until you delete it or the app. Deleting the app deletes its saves and its copy of your photo. Album pictures saved to your photo library stay until you delete them.
- Saves in Play Games stay in your Google account until you delete them in Google Play Games' settings.
- Emails and data files are permanently deleted from our mailbox once we have replied or recovered your game.
- Information collected by Google is kept under Google's privacy policy.
3. Sharing
We do not share your information or have others process it for us. The services below in the app collect and process information themselves, possibly outside your country (for example in the United States).

4. Personalized ads and your choices
The ads SDK in the free edition may use the advertising ID and app usage to show ads based on your interests. If you opt out, you still see ads, but not personalized ones.
- The free edition is not offered in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
- iOS: the app asks whether you allow tracking. You can change it later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: delete or reset the advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- You can also turn off personalized ads in your Google account's My Ad Center.
5. Your rights
- Information on your device is yours to see and delete (by deleting the app).
- For emails and files you sent us, you can ask to see, correct or delete them, or to stop their use. Email us and we will do so without delay. A legal guardian or representative may ask on your behalf.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly receive children's information and delete it as soon as we learn of it.
7. Security
- We run no servers and keep no collection of players' game data.
- Saves on the device are in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read.
- Emails and files are kept in a mailbox only we can access, and used only to reply or recover your game.
